One idea from Rework really stood out to me. We often convince ourselves we need more time, more features, or a more polished product before we can launch. The book argues the opposite. Start with the simplest version that solves a real problem. Get it into people's hands. Learn from real feedback. Then improve it. It's a reminder that progress comes from shipping, not endlessly planning. A Version 1 that helps someone today is far more valuable than a perfect idea that never leaves your computer. Challenge for today: What's one project you've been overthinking that could become a simple Version 1 this week? You can always improve what you've launched. You can't improve something that never gets finished.
