LOOKING AT GROWING ON LINKEDIN IN 2025 I GOT YOU
Make your profile scream you our an expert 1. banner that says how you do what you do 2. headline saying what you do 3. photo of you close up looking professional don't look cheap and make sure they see your face 4. education and work that back up your current offer 5. url link to your offer or what you are currently offering About page A. Your about is under rated this should be your resume a story or a reason people should care about you. For example you are offering flower services and you offer to local businesses and you are using Linkedin to get customers show what your service can do for there business. Looks super good if you reference or look other people you've done this for on Linkedin or you can do this as a post in your featured section which is a big brain move. B. First three lines is the most important I use these lines to hook readers and I write my about page so later I can use this post to introduce myself to my network scheduling the post every month or so as you connect with people and find new people to connect with. Networking A. You should network and connect with people you look up to including I recommend finding 7 people in your industry who you like there profile what they do etc. B Then give them a reason to talk or communicate for example you run a podcast and you want to invite them on. You have a question about AI and there an AI expert. You like there profile but had some questions about there service. These calls are to network not to sell. Credibility Credibility speaks volume online you get credibility online from a couple things A. People like you- people comment on your post and engage and you look liked now if the post is trash this takes away that credibility B. You provide value every time I check out your profile your always sharing value if this is your goal you can do that and that works well. C. Position for example you work with Alex Hormones D. Consistency do you post every day same time about the same thing.

I just made LinkedIn and never stayed active! I would optimize it perfectly, even perfecter than now, engage a lot (if I'm looking for a role), connect with High Individual people in comments, DMs, and take that free premium the first day I join lol!

k maybe thats not true the last episode I released was February 3rd this year So not a whole year ago yet that episode I was recorded last year I bet many of you didn't know I have a podcast because I don't record episodes much anymore or talk about it about it much. One of my favorite episode when I was running it was with @Sebastian Hidalgo podcast on the power of Brand Posting. We talked about why does Rolls Royce put there cars next to jets when the sell them? His book Ford vs. Ferrari As well as how he is building his own personal brand online and are thoughts on branding. Brand Positioning is why Rolls Royce can sell there cars for so much.
