Happy New Year
Happy New Year Everyone.... What are your 2025 Business goals, comment and let's pick ideas.
Set Your Goals For The Week (23/12/24)
First of all, Merry Christmas to you all. Enjoy the holidays with your friends and family and come back refreshed for next year. For this week, I recommend you take very easy goals to review and reset so you can really get going strong to the start of January. In my experience, how you start in January dictates how your entire year is going to go. So make it a strong one... Set your goal for this week: Step 1: Comment your goal to achieve by next Monday - It must be tangible, measurable and within your control - It must act as a promise to yourself to keep you accountable - It can be as easy or hard as you like, main thing is that you achieve it - It will build the habit of setting and achieving goals. We climb our mountains step by step Step 2: DO. THE. WORK. - Do the action laid out in your goal - This is why your goal must be a set of actions that is under your control Step 3: Claim your victory and repeat step 1 - If you achieved your goal from last week, begin your comment below with "I hit my goal." - Then proceed with Step 1. - For bonus points, elaborate on how you achieved your goal this week and what you learned - This is a group activity to help support one another in achieving our dreams, week-by-week, goal-by-goal, action-by-action Let's win together... Support your fellow goal-setters and achievers... And let this serve as a reminder that the only way to fail is to give up.

The Most Valuable Client Lesson You’ve Learned
When I started doing automation services, I was focused on the ecommerce space. I wanted to do automation for inventory management, customer retention and shipping fulfillment. When I hopped on my initial call with my first client, I was so excited to share with him all the blueprints I've built out to automate those sections of his store, but the entire time, it didn't even matter. Why? He just didn't have enough sales volume coming into his store to justify the need the need of trying to automate other sections of it. This completely changed how I approached automation because before anything else, businesses, just like us humans, need blood to survive, they need leads. Hence why I switched to Automation for Lead Generation. So, I say all that to ask.... what’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned from working with a client, and how has it changed your approach? Curious to hear how others have grown from similar experiences :)

That's such a powerful insight—focusing on the foundation first before optimizing the processes around it. One valuable lesson I’ve learned from working with clients is to always start by understanding their core challenges before jumping into solutions. For example, I once worked with a client who wanted to scale their operations, but during our initial discovery, it became clear their team was overwhelmed with inconsistent workflows. Instead of scaling, we focused on standardizing their processes first. That shifted my approach to always prioritize clarity and structure before growth. It’s amazing how much perspective a single client interaction can bring! Your switch to lead generation automation makes total sense. What’s been your biggest challenge in helping businesses generate consistent leads?
