Thanks so much, @Lidia Axe! I really appreciate the super thorough answer. I think it makes a lot of sense to narrow my focus to just one main content channel/format (probably IG and TT) and launch the free community as a lead magnet. My one follow-up question: do you recommend already having that free community ready to join from day one as you start building your audience from scratch outside of Skool? And packing it with some kind of exclusive content or offering the same way you would have shared a downloadable lead magnet via email in the past?
