🧘‍♂️✨ Meditation & Insight
Hello everyone, Today I'm introducing a new category: 🧘‍♂️✨ Meditation & Insight In this category, I will share the most effective and useful meditations. There will be instructions, practical tips, and guided meditations in audio format (mp3) that you can download for yourself. Important! Share your experiences with others in the comments below each post. I have just completed another multi-day program by Dr. Joe Dispenza and realized that it was all about selling. That's okay, because we know how it works by now. First, you are fed information and made interested, and then comes the so-called upselling. I think it's a shame that such effective approaches are not as widely used as they deserve to be. That's why I'm offering you the opportunity to participate: If you have experience with the respective technique, please write about it in the comments. Then we can test and improve the methods together and make them available to others. Your own ideas on the topic are also very welcome. Do you meditate or have you tried it once and given up? What difficulties do you regularly encounter? How do you integrate it into your everyday life?

Current status: I want to practice more, but admittedly, I struggle with this. Will come back and chime in once I get some improvement. Past: To add more context, I use to go to a local in-person guided meditation studio, and I find that very effective for me. This was before Covid time. Sadly this studio has not recovered and is now closed. I would probably find a comparable space here. I am curious about the input of others in this community.
🎭 Handgestures
There are many hand gestures. Some are directed inward, like mudras. Others are meant to emphasize what you want to convey to your counterpart. This is also part of the field of foreign programming that I would like to introduce to you. A welcome opportunity to do so presented itself to me this morning. A German local politician spoke in a video about his wishes for the new year. I cut out all the superfluous stuff and focused only on the hands—without sound, without facial expressions (but you're not missing anything). I commented on the individual gestures in detail in the video and then simply counted them at the end. There were four main gestures in total: - Praying - Guns - The diamond of power - Self-hug Praying The fingers are intertwined and clenched together. This is similar to crossed arms, only not as large and with five fingers. It shows that the speaker is very insecure and wants to shut themselves off from their counterpart. Perhaps they just want to connect with a higher power? Who knows. Guns The speaker shoots at the listener. Why? Perhaps to give more emphasis to their arguments. But those who shoot do not allow for discourse and turn their counterpart into a victim. Who wants that? The diamond of power No gesture is better known in Germany than this one. It was used excessively by the then Chancellor Angela Merkel, so that it has now become known as the Merkel diamond. The diamond is closed, forming a triangle, and with the index fingers placed together, it points twice at the conversation partner. The self-embrace One hand rests in the other. You give yourself a sense of well-being and embrace the inner, vulnerable, and insecure child. A powerless gesture that reveals weakness. Do you know of any similar gestures, or do you use them yourself? Enjoy the video! You can try to guess who the politician is 😊 - it s easier for German, but perhaps you have own examples of politicians that use this gestures, too.

I enjoyed your video and explanation about it, @Stefan Bösebeck thank you. The one that I am somewhat familiar is the one that you call Diamond of Power, or what we call Steppled Hands. This one appears to be overly done by others. I myself tried this before as this in non verbal communication or body gestures convey a message of "power" or "authority." Promonent figures tend to do this. I tried that before as I am into leadership (studied and was in several roles at work in the past). I personally is uncomfortable or the stepped hands / diamond of power. In the past, I purchased a personal branding or leadership program, but I was so distracted by the hand gesture (or maybe triggered) of the speaker and I was not able to finish it. It was so painful to watch and I did not continue watching, and ruined my mood, and did not get to finish it ever. I like that you are introducing this to this community. I bet it is an interesting and great topic. Thanks for sharing! 😊

@Stefan Bösebeck love this idea. Great work!
Introduce yourself 💕
I noticed today that I don't have a “You're new, introduce yourself” post. 🤣 Ok, my fault. I'm making up for that now. Feel free to introduce yourselves. Even though advertising is only welcome in appropriate places, this is the place for it. Perhaps you have a request for this community, a very personal concern, or already have your own community that fits in with our BlissBrain community. If so, grab your keyboard and introduce yourself in a comment... You are welcome 💕

Hello everyone, Thanks for this @Stefan Bösebeck . I think I did an intro post, but I'd like to do this as well. For everyone, I enjoyed this community's Start Here section inside the Classroom, and I would recommend doing that. 😊 On that note, I would like to borrow the intro prompts from there. See below. What do I do for a living? - I am currently a teacher, but I am also a nurse by profession What are my hobbies? - I am into spirituality, and for now, I've been exploring my gifts of healing, scrying, channeling, intuitive readings, and etc. - In my mundane life, I like: biking, walking the trails, nature activities in general, road trips, travel (if I can), adult coloring books, reading books like self-help, spirituality, & Leadership, and pottery (beginner). Are there certain vocations that I live out? - I would say, spirituality. I've always been curious and is a seeker of truth. This is something I am particularly into now, and personally, I am curious of the intersection of science and spirituality, and how I can contribute in this field(s) in the near future. What do I find extraordinary and interesting about myself? (Yes, answer this) - With the conditioning I have (had), I've been constantly healing my inner child, fear of being seen and heard, and the self limiting beliefs conditioned by society and 3D systems; but, without shame, and centering into self love, honesty and authenticity: - --- I used to be in both worlds of being a nerd who loves to study/read all the time, but at the same time played strategy computer games like Dota, HON, etc lol 😆. So pretty complex. - --- I am a systems and strategy thinker. I have a tendency to look at the bigger picture and like zooming out to like 3 years, 5 years or even 10 years, then setting a goal and deconstructing that into milestones or action steps. In my opinion this could be a strength, but others may misunderstand me. With this I mostly can also predict trends like at work, and my supervisor or manager sees me as a nemesis (maybe) or someone who is different. But, that's another story. - --- I love everyone. Not the romantic one. Beyond that. I call that unconditional love for now. I believe that we are all one, and there is no separation. So, yeah, I think that is interesting. (I used to hide this, or not even talk about this; but since I healed and fully stepped into my soul/spiritual mission... it is really not about me now... it is being of service to God/Divine and to the collective 🙏) - --- Another odd/interesting side of me; I am overly ambitious but now transitioned from self focused to now community or collective focused.
Happy 💕 New Year
All the best wishes for 2026 for you all. We'll have a great year and I'm very excited. It's a great pleasure for me that you all share your time with me here. Let's create a big movement.
