I always focus on achieving the best long term outcome for clients, which some dont like as I am not afraid to ruffle the nest! I had one years ago that didnt like what I told him as others had said it wasn't a problem, however I presented a solution that would solve it, which took a year to achieve. At the end he said I am sorry to hear your leaving, "your the only one that always told me the truth" Always maintain your core values,
