Getting to know you - Share about your pets!
Do you have a pet? If yes - what might your pet say about you? If not, thought about it? what pet might you get? I do not currently, but have had wonderful dogs around m [I don't think I am home enough for a dog]. The emperor Tiglath Pilesur (our most recent wonderful dog, named by my husband) would have said I was great for lounging around with, but could have taken him out to play more.
Dance and Post (Mojo Monday Challenge 7)
If you're feeling burned out, protect your peace and inject yourself with joy in this 3.5 minute qigong joints dance to Kpop Demon Hunter's Top 100 Billboard Golden song! MOJO MONDAY WEEKLY CHALLENGE 7 1. Watch and workout to this 3 minute 18 joints Qigong dance in the next week. When done, post under your comment and share on a scale of 1-10 (10 being joyful, 1 being sad)) how happy you feel before the dance and after. 2. Create your own community focused original POST (not comment) with a light question you're curious about to learn from the community. For example (Feel free to steal ideas) *What's your favorite movie? *Fun fact no one knows about you? * Any other curiosity or wellness question under the category QUESTIONS. If you accept, comment below "ACCEPT" and whether you've watched the movie Kpop Demon Hunters. If so, what did you think? When done, reply back to your accept comment "DONE" AND comment on 2 other people's posts. Did you complete Mojo Monday Weekly Challenge 6? Accept. before 6 after 8. Loved this quick infusion of joy and energy; connecting with my body I could quickly do it between things in what is a heavy/busy time at work (I have not been connecting - good to be back). Plan to do it daily.

White is serene. Blue looks more "canned" / mass produced. Really like the white jacket against the white.

Day 3 Challenge: Feel Less stress and More Vitality
Body Tap, Washing Machine, then Brain Wave Vibration (aka Dahnjon tapping with fists to lower core) for one deeper session (10 min) OR 3 mini-sessions (2-3 min each) using phrase "I feel X.
