Lock in for 30 days. Never work again.
AGI is here. It’s real. And it’s called Claude Code. The moment I got access, I knew the game was different. So I cancelled everything and locked myself in a villa in Cape Town with other AI entrepreneurs with one single mission: automate our entire businesses from the ground up. This vlog is the raw, unfiltered footage of that lock-in. It’s the late nights, the crazy energy, the "holy f*ck" moments of discovery, and the exact use cases we built that are already changing everything for us. This isn't a tutorial. It's the documentation of most exciting thing I’ve seen in AI since ChatGPT released. If you want to see what the new world looks like, you need to watch this. I hope you’re just as excited as I am for this next chapter. Liam 🙏

I've been using Claude Code for literally everything since last July. Not just coding. Business operations, research, content, planning, consultancy prep. It's the most capable tool I've ever worked with, especially once you connect it to your own tools and data sources, and build workflows around it with custom commands, subagents, and skills. But if you can get it to autonomously run your business, you've cracked something Anthropic themselves haven't claimed to have built. Incidentally, the reason they built Claude Cowork is specifically because people were already using Claude Code for everything outside of coding. The creator mentioned this in his recent YC interview. They're not calling it AGI. They're calling it a productivity tool.
Open-sourced my site's voice AI demo
I built a voice AI assistant for my website using Pipecat and Gemini's native audio model. People kept calling it trying to reverse-engineer how it works, so I just open-sourced the whole thing. It's a good starting point if you want to build your own web-based voice AI demo with low latency and multilingual support. Repo: https://github.com/askjohngeorge/askjg-demo-gemini-pcc System prompt: https://github.com/askjohngeorge/askjg-demo-gemini-pcc/blob/main/bot/prompts/demo_system_prompt.md You can try the live demo at https://askjohngeorge.com/demo (click the mic). Happy to answer questions if you have any.

How I build production voice AI systems (workflow adopted by $4B unicorn engineering team)
Made a video walking through the AI-assisted development workflow I use for production voice AI projects. Quick context: I used this on a Vapi replacement project at a $4 billion unicorn. Within a couple of weeks, their engineering team had adopted the workflow without being asked — and they wanted me to present it division-wide. The video covers: - How I coordinate specialised AI agents for Pipecat, Vapi, and Twilio research - Building features that would normally take hours of documentation reading - Live implementation of JSON-based assistant configuration (swap providers via config file, no code changes) https://youtu.be/AG68VC_mOGY Happy to answer questions.

Thanks @Kevin troy Lumandas. The config setup has been the most requested part so far, so glad that landed.

Appreciate that, @Jonny Cohen. Thanks for watching
VAPINCEPTION: We built a voice assistant that generates voice assistants using voice! 🤯
Instead of filling out forms and clicking through endless configuration screens, what if you could just talk to create your perfect business voice assistant? That's exactly what @Konstantin Zilin and I built with Vapi: meet CallVA, our Vapi-based system for building missed call handlers for individuals and small businesses. 🎬 What happened in our demo: • Luigi Mario from Mushroom Kingdom Plumbing Services (played by yours truly 🥸) described his business, services, and pricing through natural conversation • Specified his CT20/CT19 catchment area and response requirements • Described his indicative quote process using emails with photo submissions • Configured emergency vs. standard callout pricing (£50/£100) • Created a friendly but professional assistant personality 🪄 The magic: Vapi's structured data extraction automatically captured everything and instantly generated a fully functional voice assistant that handles real customer calls with postcode validation, pricing info, and intelligent call routing. 🚀 The result: A complete business phone system that never misses calls, pre-qualifies customers, and handles common questions! We built this entire CallVA system over just a couple of weekends thanks to Vapi's incredible orchestration framework and post-call analysis capabilities. The platform made complex voice AI remarkably simple to implement. This is the future of voice AI, where creating sophisticated assistants is as easy as having a conversation. No technical knowledge required, just talk about your business needs. What would YOUR voice assistant do? 🎤

@Hannah Meek we're planning a limited release for the alpha this summer (in the northern hemisphere).
CEO of Daily/Pipecat shouted out my AI Agent videos on X!
I just started posting YouTube videos a couple months ago on AI Agents and the CEO of Daily/Pipecat posted a really kind shout out on them! Seriously so cool. I don't have a ton of views or subs, but getting recognized by the CEO of a really cool company I admire is an awesome feeling I never knew I'd get. The videos he posted were on interactive ai agents with Simli and ai voice agents with Twilio, both using Pipecat tech. Here is the post: https://x.com/kwindla/status/1911188408908779702 This made me so happy I had to post this. Cheers everyone!
