Friday Fun: explaining humans to aliens
Hey Everyone, Happy Friday! Here's something fun and goofy for ya: Aliens have landed! šŸ‘½šŸ‘¾ Luckily for us, they're friendlies. šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’ØšŸ˜Œ However, they don't speak a word of English, and neither us nor them have the technology to translate our languages to theirs!! šŸ™€ Fortunately, you have your phone handy... A picture is worth a thousand words, right? How about a GIF, maybe 10,000? 🤣 For lack of a better idea, you decide to teach them about humans through GIFs. However, you're only able to show them four. Which four GIFs would you choose to show them as much as you can about human culture, society, behaviour, etc.? In other words, use four gifts to describe the human condition! Post your GIFs here, but don't explain what they describe. It is our job to guess! I'll let you guys go first, and post mine later. šŸ˜‚šŸ‘ Have fun! šŸ¤—

Accountability Checkpoint āœ… Watch the recording + do this for YOU
Happy Sunday šŸ˜Ž At the end of last year / beginning of this year, we had two big posts (here & here) and exercises around goal setting. The goal was never for you to copy/paste anything, but to build your own version so you have something real to work with. Yesterday we had our first Accountability Call of 2026. If you couldn’t make it, please watch the recording whenever you can so you understand the exercise and how to use it for yourself. Here’s why this matters: Most people set goals… and then life hits, schedules change, motivation goes down, and suddenly it’s March and they’re ā€œstarting over.ā€ or just never doing it anymore. That’s why a checkpoint is so powerful. It’s you stopping for a couple hours (this weekend or next) to ask: ﹄What’s working? ﹄What’s not working? ﹄What needs to be adjusted? ﹄What do I need to recommit to? This is how you stay in the long game that we've been talking about. And the biggest reminder of all: Accountability is for YOU. Not for me, not for the community, not for a coach. It’s to hold yourself accountable, because you’re the one who will live with the results of what you do (or don’t do) this year. To make it easier, I’m attaching two examples of how I revised key areas in my own life. You can follow the same format or make it your own. I wrote quick feedback after each item and marked it āœ… if done, āš ļø if it needs work, or if I need to readjust and re-plan. Don’t do this for me. Do it for yourself. I genuinely can’t wait to get to December and celebrate wins we planned back in January. In the meantime, let's continue celebrating small checkpoints, monthly wins, weekly wins, daily wins (confidence builders)... Consistency proves what’s possible. We can do ANYTHING we want when we stay aligned and accountable. Question: How do you feel about your goals so far?

Wow I love how you make the goals flexible, instead of getting frustrated and just giving up on the them because of a 'failure' you take the changes in life into consideration and adapt the goal based on that. I never heard anyone talks about it, usually its all "SET GOALS AND FOLLOW THU NO MATTER WHAT". Such a good and fresh approach, thank you! sorry I missed the call, friends from another city came over and I spent sometime with them
āļø Life Update āļø and next step, I hope you're as excited as I am šŸ˜Ž
Quick heads-up before you read anything below: watch the video first šŸ˜… Without it, this caption won’t make sense. In the video I share the a quick life update, what the last months have looked like, and why I’m genuinely fired up right now… because a new journey starts tomorrow. Now here’s the perspective I wanted to add. (after you watched the video...) On Friday, I called my supervisor, and we talked for 40 minutes before I even officially started. Why? Because I’ve never been the type to walk into an opportunity without first understanding what ā€œgreatnessā€ looks like. I don’t want to guess. I don’t want to wing it. I want to know the standard, the expectations, and the best way to win. So today I’m reading and studying 15–20 documents to be even more ready for tomorrow. That’s the kind of leadership I respect. The kind of preparation I respect. The kind of effort that makes people want to work with you. And that’s also why I created this community. To remind each other that we can always give a little more than what’s expected, and we’ll usually receive more than we even imagined, because we’re becoming the type of person who earns it. Jim Rohn often cited the biblical principle: ā€œYou reap what you sow.ā€ Whatever you’re reaping right now is what you’ve been sowing. And if you don’t like the crop, the answer is in the mirror. Sow bad, reap bad. Sow good, reap good. And here’s the kicker: you never reap what you sow; you reap more. It multiplies, positive or negative. So I’m choosing to sow preparation, discipline, and leadership. Because that’s the crop I want. For years, I’ve heard people complain that their boss is an asshole. My perspective: if you show up lazy, unprepared, and entitled, your boss will probably feel like an asshole to you. But if you show up sharp, proactive, and dependable, the whole relationship changes. Wish me luck in this next journey. We’re walking through it together. My question for you: Looking at your life right now, what’s ONE area where you could give just 1% more this week? This month?Ā This year?

@Bruno Militz Love it for you. I cant fully relate to it, because I never felt like it. I worked on multiple different jobs and never felt something beyond the present. It never stopped me from showing up fully yet I never knew exactly why. there was no job I did with less than at least 95% effort but didn't really had a reason I guess, I just did. Today I'm happy I did it gave me confidence into perusing what I do now because i knew ill do the same effort regardless

@Bruno Militz I feel like im giving the almost effort just now more strict about it. the difference is the situations where I could 'round corners' and get away with it.
WHAT A CALL. šŸ™šŸ½šŸ”„
Huge thank you to everyone who showed up, asked thoughtful questions, and truly engaged. This honestly went way beyond my expectations, and that’s 100% because of the people in this room. The energy, the honesty, the depth of the conversation… it was special. A massive thanks to Eric for generously sharing his experience, wisdom, and perspective. From building businesses to navigating relationships, family, and the long game of life, this was real, grounded, and incredibly valuable. For those who couldn’t make it live, I strongly recommend watching the recording. There’s so much value in there, and I guarantee different things will click for you depending on where you’re at in your journey right now. šŸ˜Ž Feel free to send him a thank-you message and connect with him. šŸ“± 904.314.2911 šŸ“ø Eric's Instagram Thank you all for showing up the way you did. Seriously. This is why this community exists. šŸ™šŸ½ Feel free to share your feedback if you’d like.
