This community began with humble beginnings last year. I moved over as many people as I could from my Facebook group and started fresh. @William McEvoy was an early adopter and went all in. I've posted one of his Wins but he's had many. The big takeaway that I want you to have is that Will did this without one-on-one coaching. He's been a Premium-tier member since the start and he was able to achieve incredible results. You can too. You need to commit. The keys to the Kingdom of health are all here all you need to open the doors is conviction, like Will. 👉I want you to post some wins in the COMMENTS - I don't care how small. BUILD MOMENTUM TODAY

This was the first online fitness and health program ever formally recognized and funded by Veterans Affairs Canada. Since its inception, we've helped over 200 veterans establish healthier, fitter lives. This year, we kicked off with a new cohort of badass veterans who were sick and tired of being sick and tired. I’ve got a confession to make. I ate like a fat kid this entire Xmas season. I really went hard on the sweets. Especially my wife’s peanut butter cookies 🍪 What do you stuff your face with? PS - Carnivore challenge starting Thursday will shed the added fluff.

Thank you for adding me. After the whole Covid thing, I found my self spiraling and gained weight...need to turn it around and get back to myself.
