@Thomas Gene Vickery thanks for sharing, if you want to get on a call or have any questions just let me know. Buying rentals is my game. I thought about doing some videos lessons where we pick a small market somewhere in the US and search the mls find 5 potential rental properties under say $150,000 run the numbers and pick the top 3 and why I think they’re the top 3. Would that help or interest you?
