ChatGPT voice mode
I gotta say ChatGPT voice mode is great. I’ve done it just a couple times and I’m going to keep practicing with it. I already feel a lot more comfortable having that person to person conversation after practicing on this mode. It is definitely useful if you haven’t tried it

Piggy backing on this conversation: I have not tried chatgpt voice mode yet, but I did just give this prompt to Chat Gpt which you all can use and see if it is helpful. Note that I asked it to give me 10 business names and addresses in specified categories first; then ti delivered a detailed csv file for me with contact info and likely to buy scores. It was after those tasks that I gave chat gpt this PROMPT: ":Please give me a prospecting script tailored to each category .. here is my webpage for reference to understand what I am offering: https://herbstmarketing.com/alexandria-business-spotlight/
Chatgtp leads
Hey all I just prompted Chatgtp for 25 leads in 5 different towns. It spit them out in about .1 seconds. Here is a sample I just have to look up their info takes about 10 seconds.copy paste into Google, Facebook or instagram

Marketing Boost ideas
@Les Pryor Here's how I'm thinking we could use Marketing Boost ourselves for sales: (1) Use the vacation vouchers as giveaways ourselves to build our own email lists; (2) Give the vouchers to advertisers as thank you's for advertising with us; (3) Give the vouchers as incentives to subscribe to 6 months of advertising. Over and above offering them as sales tools for our advertisers to use

Which one...
Sere if you can spot the difference I went for. 1- Hi Aldo, Thanks so much for getting back to me — I wanted to follow up quickly as we’re filling the final spaces for this upcoming card. Here’s a quick breakdown of the co-op postcard: • 16 ad spaces total, each approx. 4” x 3”, with the printing and postage cost shared between advertisers to keep pricing low• USPS delivered to 5,000 homes in West Islip• Full color, glossy 14pt oversized postcard (9” x 12”) for strong visibility• Non-competing exclusivity — only one business per category, so you would be the only exterminator on the card• Postage, shipping, and professional full-color ad design are all included• No contract — you stay on as long as you’d like, and cards go out about every 6 weeks Price is $499 per ad. At 5,000 homes, that breaks down to roughly 10 cents per household. I’ve attached a sample card so you can see the quality and layout. At this point, your category is still available, but it won’t stay open long. If you’d like, I can reserve your spot while you review it. Let me know if you’d like me to hold that space for you. Best,JoeyVisual Media Solutions 2- Hi Aldo, Thanks so much for the reply — I appreciate your interest! Here’s a quick overview of the co-op postcard: • The card features 16 ad spaces, each approx. 4” x 3”, with the total printing and postage cost shared among all advertisers — this keeps the price very affordable.• It is USPS delivered to 5,000 homes in West Islip.• Printed in full color on glossy 14pt stock, 9” x 12” oversized postcard for maximum visibility.• Non-competing exclusivity — only one business per category, so you would be the only exterminator on the card.• Postage, shipping, and professional full-color ad design are all included.• No contract — you stay on as long as you like. New cards go out approximately every 6 weeks. Price: $499 per adAt 5,000 homes, that works out to about 10 cents per household for direct local exposure. I’ve attached a sample card so you can see the quality and layout.
