最近課業開始變多，在學習英文口說上也出現了一些變化📖 目前在學校擔任國際生學伴以及華語輔導老師，可以透過這兩個機會和學生進行語言交換🗨️ 我發現比起以前，在日常聊天和交流的時候，已經沒有那麼卡了，整體也變得比較自然，心態上也放鬆了很多～😚 不過這禮拜在 MIND 課程上和 Alley 聊到一件事：當我在學校的英文課上，需要發表自己的觀點時，又好像回到以前那個說英文的自己——沒有自信，而且講到後面會開始不知道自己在說什麼😶‍🌫️ 反觀其他同學，好像都講得比我更流暢 Alley 有提到，可能是因為班上大多是台灣人，讓我在無形中產生了一種壓力 其實我也很希望自己可以在這一塊有所提升，但學英文這件事，接觸這麼久之後也慢慢體會到——進步不是一兩天就能速成的 還是需要靠平常的練習，以及長時間的累積，才會慢慢看到改變 所以現階段我告訴自己：慢慢來就好，不要給自己太多壓力👏🏻🙌🏻 另外，這週在課堂上有一個部分是要分享自己擅長和不擅長的事情， 我發現我當下真的講得很卡……（好想揍自己一拳🥲） 但也因為這樣，我更確定一件事：👉 課後的回顧與反思其實才是最重要的 很多當下沒講好的地方，其實都是之後可以再整理、再優化的素材

今天花了一點時間把 MIND 課程的回放看完 🎧 這次 Alley 請我們找一支自己有興趣的影片，看完之後，把其他成員當作是學生，用英文講解一次影片內容。 重點是：盡量用最簡單、最清楚的方式表達。 雖然這次沒有實際參與到活動，但怎麼可以錯過練習的機會呢 😁 以下是我自己找的影片～我在看完之後，大概講了 1–2 次，沒有講太多，因為我目前比較缺乏的是 「summary（總結）」的能力，所以想先從簡單練習開始。 接下來我會把內容丟給 GPT，請它幫我整理成比較像母語人士會用的表達方式，再用那些句型做後續練習。 也希望大家可以看看我的小成果，或是給我一些建議 🫶 這禮拜感冒所以鼻音比較重🤧 This video is about Hera meeting a girl in the Philippines. 上禮拜假日醒來，突然發現眼睛 超腫又超痛，結果是長針眼了 🙃 後來我就對 「針眼」這個主題突然有興趣，所以挑了一部相關影片的一小部分來做 shadowing 💬 先分享一下我看這部影片的步驟： 1️⃣ 先不看字幕直接看一次 2️⃣ 再開字幕，確認一些沒聽清楚的單字（但不一定每個都會去查） 3️⃣ 只挑一小段做跟讀（shadowing） • 一開始用 0.7 / 0.8 / 0.9 倍速 • 熟悉之後再回到正常速度4️⃣ 每天其實一句就好，請放過自己 😂 這部影片我大概看了 快一個禮拜，所以就算沒有查每個單字，其實多看幾次也大概會知道意思 通常只有 我真的很好奇的字，才會特別去查 以下是我這幾天 shadowing 和自己練習朗讀的小成果 其實練習一段時間之後，就算不看字幕，也可以很快做出反應 以下是一些可以用來描述針眼的單字： 1 a red, swollen bump 又紅又腫 2 a little tender 輕微觸痛 3 drain pus 排除膿 以下是一些可以用來描述針眼的語塊： 1️⃣ a red, swollen bump 又紅又腫的小腫塊 2️⃣ a little tender 輕微觸痛 3️⃣ drain pus 排出膿 以下是句型： 1️⃣ right on the edge of… 正好在…邊緣 e.g. The café is right on the edge of the beach. ☕️🏖️ 2️⃣ a common term to describe… 常見用來描述…的說法 e.g.“Soggy” is a common term to describe something that has absorbed water. 💦 3️⃣ It usually appears as… 通常會長成…的樣子 e.g. The bite usually appears as a small bump. p.s.這是我一個禮拜的小成果 所以還是要減壓學習 一天一個也好！

Last year, I rang in the New Year with my friends.🎉 We decided to go to a nightclub because one of my friends had been single for a while, so we wanted to help her meet someone.🍻 Everything was great. The vibe was good, we got some free drinks, and we met a few strangers and talked a little.🗣️ After we got a bit tipsy, we started dancing near the stage and just having fun with everyone around us. 💃 After dancing for a while, I felt really exhausted, so I went to the seating area to take a break. A few minutes later, I saw my friend dancing with a guy. I was like, “Okay, you guys enjoy!” 😏 And honestly, there was a sign of chemistry between them.🤓🤓 About an hour later, my friend came over to me and said something. Here’s the juicy part. She told me they actually kissed. I literally screamed.🤯🤯 At first, she thought it would just be a one-night thing and that they probably wouldn’t see each other again. But here’s the twist. The guy asked her out the next day.
