Opening ChatGPT, asking it to research something, generate content, or complete a task is useful. But there’s one problem most people overlook. You’re still the one making everything happen. You still have to open the tool, give it instructions, review the output, and come back tomorrow to repeat the process. That’s AI assistance, not true automation. The bigger opportunity is leveraging systems that can handle entire processes without needing you to initiate every single step. Imagine your lead generation, research, content creation, and follow-ups happening automatically while you focus on actually growing your business. Recently I created an app on LinkedIn Developer portal and man, what this platform provides to you is insane. You can use MCP from Microsoft Learn to directly create an app from your choice of IDE and plug and play! Manual creation is also too easy to setup, you just need to know what products you want, what kind of audience you are going to target, and then the necessary scopes for these actions!! After doing this basic setup and then using an HTTP request node on n8n editor to GET basic profiel data, my eyes are next set on getting enriched information on analytics using Apify. A trap I think a lot of us fall into: Watching videos about entrepreneurship. Reading about startups. Saving posts. Listening to podcasts. Making another roadmap.
