Businesses Don’t Care How Hard You Worked 😬
This was something I had to learn myself. You might spend two weeks building something. You might solve ten technical problems along the way. You might even be really proud of the final result. The customer doesn’t see any of that. They care about one thing. Does this save me time? Does this make me money? Does this remove a headache from my business? If the answer is yes, they’ll pay. If the answer is no, it doesn’t matter how impressive the backend is. Is this effecting your ability to acquire clients?

@Giorgos Glavas Absolutely! How long into your business journey did you realize this?

It was a good year for me @Giorgos Glavas
Stop Building Things Nobody Asked For 🥴
One mistake I see all the time is people building first and validating later. They spend weeks creating something because they think it’s useful. Then they try to find customers. I’d rather do the opposite. Find a problem first. Talk to people. Figure out what they’re already frustrated with and then build the solution. It takes a little longer upfront, but it saves months of building something nobody wanted.

@Milica Novak I couldn’t agree more. Is any of your business automated currently?

@Sarge Brown You don’t know where to start for implementing automation into your business you mean?
The Future Of Scaling A One Person Business 📈
Most businesses don’t break because they grow too fast. They break because they’re drowning in repetitive, manual work. Leads need follow-ups, clients need onboarding, reports need building, and projects stall without constant reminders. These tasks aren’t impossible, they’re unavoidable. And when no systems exist to handle them, the default answer is always the same: “Let’s hire someone.” But every hire adds complexity. Scaling becomes scaling chaos. The next wave of businesses won’t operate like this. They’ll grow by automating the grunt work. Follow-ups, reporting, admin, content coordination, all handled quietly in the background. No bottlenecks, no stress, and no constant catching up.

Are You Neglecting Content Creation? 🎥
Starting tomorrow I’ll be producing roughly 350 to 400 pieces of content per day and I figure once I have a repeatable system down it will take me about 2.5 hours per day, but well worth it. My strategy has made me wonder, how much time is everyone allocating for content creation and do you think it’s enough? 🤔

@Sébastien Min I respectfully disagree. I follow Gary V’s approach. Pay close attention. Post as much quality content as possible. Ultimately your audience decides if your content is valuable not whether or not you post more than most people. I think often people think this isn’t possible because their current system for content would never allow for this
Your First 50 Customers Matter More Than You Think 🤝
Everyone wants to scale, but your first 50 customers are where everything gets validated. They tell you whether your offer actually solves a real problem, and the feedback you get from them is worth far more than the money they pay. At that stage, don’t obsess over maximizing profit. Obsess over learning. If 50 people genuinely get results from what you’ve built, there’s no reason it can’t eventually work for 500 or even 5,000. The first 50 aren’t there to make you rich. They’re there to prove you’ve built something people actually want.
