Hey everyone, I’m Dylan Martin I’m based in Dunnville, Ontario, and I run MXC Excavating Inc., a growing excavation and septic company serving the Haldimand, Hamilton, and Niagara regions. I’m at a stage where my business is doing well, and I’m now looking to learn how to use my company profits to invest in real estate the right way — whether that’s through rental properties, land development, or long-term holdings.
