Completely new to this, willing to learn 0 knowledge of how to run an agency

Hey everyone! just joined the group last week and have already gotten a ton of value from the calls. I’m currently transitioning from owning a home service business and am shifting my full focus toward sales (committed to becoming a top-tier closer.) My experience so far has mainly been in cold calling and door-to-door sales, and I’m looking to join someone’s team where I can continue sharpening my skills, start selling alongside people who are already operating at a high level, and grow into a full closing role. I’m highly coachable, hungry, and absolutely open to commission-only if the opportunity, mentorship, and growth path are strong. I'm wanting to target agencies that are at 100k a month of more....
