Hey all, I’m going on holiday for 2 weeks this Friday so I won’t be able to keep up my schedule of Climbing 3 times a week, so I was wondering if anyone had any tips for maintaining fitness and strength so when I come back to my regular routine I won’t struggle too much. I’m mostly going to be in Airbnbs and my girlfriends apartment so I was thinking of mainly doing home workouts like push-ups, sit-ups etc but not sure if I’ll have a space for pull-ups. Hey guys, my name is Dylan and I have been climbing now for about 2 months! I’m based in Lisbon, Portugal and regularly climb at 9.8 gravity gym in the city. I’m aiming to gain more knowledge and techniques to take me up to V5/6 over the next couple months with V6/7 being my goal for the end of next year. I got into climbing due to the problem solving and physical aspect of it, it feels therapeutic for me to work through the climbs and fail a bunch and then very rewarding once I complete a project! Looking forward to meeting more people through here!
