Project estimate copy bug
Hi Bryan, We had to build a project budget in two phases - Phase 1 and Phase 2. The entire budget for Phase 1 and 2 was built in Phase 1, including updating the share page with a project photo and border colouring to match our company colours. Instead of starting over for Phase 2, I simply made a copy of the Phase 1 estimate and deleted the Phase 1 items I didn't need in Phase 2. When I went to the share page of the Phase 2 estimate, the project photo and updated border colours from Phase 1 were not there, they didn't copy over. Only the default Buildwise stock house photo and blue border was present. Can Buildwise be updated to copy all aspects of the estimate including the graphics in the share page? Thanks, Dwayne
Time editing option in the app.
I was wondering if there was anyone else that would benefit from letting the employees edit a timesheet or time entry that has not been billed yet? Example today we had an employee post to the wrong day. At the moment once the entry is saved there is no editing it. I can go in a edit it for him but I think it would be great for him to do it himself.

Hi Bryan, I think at a high level, employees can edit their time within an active pay period. Once that period has lapsed they no longer have the ability to edit the time. So, they really only would editable access for a two week period.

Thanks Bryan, I think that could work.
Expense table overprinting selection boxes
Hi Bryan, in the expenses tab when I click on a project, the Select Unbillables and Date Range boxes get overprinted by the expense table. Please see the attached screenshot. Can the page be adjusted to fix this? Thanks.

All good now, thanks Bryan!
Sick Pay Calculation
Hi there, for sick pay calculation in BC for hourly paid employees, you must use their average number of working hours per day over the 30 days prior to the first sick day, not including OT hours. This pay period I have 5 people using sick days and they all start their sick days on a different day. This means downloading 5 different CSV files to do the calculation of their average working hours. It would be helpful to at least be able to pull the CSV by one employee not everyone who worked in that date range. Or is there a workaround I'm missing? Thank you.

Thanks Bryan!
Project Drop Down Menu Organization
Hi Bryan, as our project list grows in Buildwise, it would be good if the drop down shows the projects alphabetically or in our case numerically as our projects are listed by street address. Thanks for your consideration.
