📏 WEIGH-IN PROCESS & ✅ CHALLENGE RULES
Day 1 (Starting Weigh-In) – Monday 11/10 AM 📸 Take a photo of your starting weight on the scale with “11/10/25 – 5 Hard” written on paper in the shot. ➡️ Submit privately to your coach/club by Monday 11/10 at 9 PM. 🕗 Tip: Do this first thing in the morning before food/water. Progress Pic (Optional): 📸 Front-facing “Before” photo (not required but encouraged). Daily Check-Ins (Days 1–5) - Send how you’re feeling privately to your coach each day or every other day. - Share 1 win or 1 struggle in this group during the challenge! Day 6 (Final Weigh-In) – Saturday 11/15 AM 📸 Take a photo of your ending weight on the scale with “11/15/25 – End” written on paper in the shot. ➡️ Submit privately to your coach/club by Saturday 11/15 at 12 noon. 🕗 Tip: Do this first thing in the morning before food/water. Progress Pic (Optional): 📸 Front-facing “After” photo (not required but encouraged). ✅ CHALLENGE RULES - Follow your plan each day. - Hit your daily water goal. - Complete your daily check-ins. - Be respectful & encouraging in this group.
