Triglycerides can take you out quickly
I have had issues with my triglycerides for 19+ years, a couple of weeks ago, my triglycerides were 1.5mmol/L ! That's normal! I haven't seen that for 19 years. Bearing in mind, that the last time I went to Emergency at the hospital, my levels were 25%, I nearly died This result came about by not listening to the doctors. I didn't just stop my meds, I waited and over time the doctors just said I don't need them. 6 meds gone. I still need insulin as my pancreas is broken. But I am very happy with the progress and my overall health. My studies over the 19 years has led me to here, The Metabolic Academy.

Jiggly Bits, Be Gone!
In a recent call with @Ray Thigpen he commented that he was unable to shift fat on his belly and yet he plays many hours of pickleball every week. His calorie burn is plenty BUT when you eat carbs, it causes a corresponding increase in insulin in your system. That insulin causes your cells to go into fat-storage mode. Once you have 'burnt' through the energy from the carbs, the body will start to use anything it can to create the energy needed, but not fat stores. The last thing you want is to reduce your lean body mass (bones, muscles, organs etc) As a first step I would suggest to everyone to remove carbs from your eating at least 3 hours before exercise. Try it. Within 4 weeks you will notice a difference. Then let us know how you go.

@Ray Thigpen test it out. Try different timings. I don't eat anything after about 3pm, do my morning gym sessions at around 0600 and feel great. Eat later in the day

"Make Sure You Try Every Conceivable Food Option ...
... before you resort to medications as your sole source of assistance. So many conditions can be improved via good food choices and good, regular exercise. Please make sure you try these before you resort to a 'medication' response
