I been trying just as long as you and no deal too, zach says don’t give up until you try absolutely everything for a consistent period (which will take time). I watched ya’ll youtube a while back n remember thinking ya’ll were in a bad market. I dont know if you ONLY do fulton county but its really saturated by the biggest real estate companies and the home prices are high. For me, I can’t give up yet because I know I haven’t been consistent enough whether it’s been cuz of analysis paralysis or discouragement too.

@Luca Rebuffi mainly evictions. other gov lists like tax liens and preforeclosures that softwares seem to underestimate how many there really are and i was hoping for a more efficient way that i don’t have to search/request individually by case number
