Waking up to a resting heart rate of 160bpm as you can imagine was extremely scary… the doctors have told me that stress is enhancing my anxiety, giving me adrenaline surges even when I sleep!🤣 only I could be off my absolute tits while I’m sleeping🤣😂 the ecg told us that everything is normal and they’ve given me some beta blockers to hopefully keep me at bay until I feel a bit better❤️ The Skool Hub… what an amazing place… reading all your messages, listening to all your stories and realising that everybody here has had their own unique experiences with mental health is so eye opening. The Skool Hub… somewhere you join to promote your community and weirdly end up becoming part of a huge family of amazing people! Thank you so much for all the incredible support, I love you all and I’m going to be more present now I have had a doctor give me the green light! Look forward to tonight’s would you rather!!😂🤣

I’m really struggling with my mental health today and yesterday, I’m waiting for a call back from the doctors and I am expecting to go up to the hospital later. (Mental health physical symptoms) I haven’t forgotten about you guys, I’m so sorry I haven’t been active for the past few days I feel awful about it, I just want to be myself for you.
