I agree with Allen on this one. Being 80 LTV makes this deal a tight one. If this appraises for less or sells for less or the rehab goes a little over it cuts deeply in to the deal. I’d pass on this one unless it was in an area where DOM was less then 30 and I knew we could get in and out in less then 120 days.
