Right now, it's 3:28 PM ........
My wife just told me to check the mail. I said, "Today is Sunday, there is no mail" - She said "What is wrong with you? It's Saturday." I've gone the entire day so far thinking it was Sunday. WTF! Bro! I gotta get out more.

What are you doing for the anti-blitz?
I'm going to try to do build up to 100 Burpees a day by the end of the month. Someone in my community challenged me to provide proof on video, so I filmed yesterday's session, where I could barely do 50. It ain't pretty, but if I looked good doing these, I wouldn't have to do them.
