Can dreams influence our reality? I’m ready for the next level of business growth, yet my dream told me otherwise and it felt so real. If I was to listen to my dreams then I wouldn’t have reached where I am now, so I put it to you, can dreams influence? Treat this as a story time challenge. Perceived or reality, write down the most vivid dream you have had and the outcome it would cause if you had listened to the voice in the dream. Become the protagonist and vision the narrative. Good morning I hope everyone is well. With this story I hope to offer a little inspiration that may offer hope on the entrepreneurial journey to business owners. After a long time of convalescence and repair, I found myself back at work, part time cleaning. I was posted to a Porsche garage and an aircraft propeller refurbishment factory. The level of cleaning detail needed at Porsche is extremely high yet I never had a complaint levelled at me. The propeller factory cleaning was the physiological changer as I headed back into work. I have worn many hats and my life-cycle seems to be two years yet within my life my father, my music and engineering have always been a constant in some way. I felt that I needed to prove to myself and others that I was capable of earning, with that I started looking for a way back into engineering. As I was cleaning at the propeller factory I noticed parts waiting to be cleaned in the degreaser sink and I thought to myself I could do that, this could be a way in. Imagine my surprise when two weeks later I am approached by management and the CEO of this firm and offered a full-time position within the business. This was offered to me in their words, “Because of the great level of detail and the attention of detail that we have observed in your work, we have opened up a new position which we are offering to you”. Now imagine my surprise again when part of this job was to clean said parts I had seen. My commitment to self allowed for that to manifest and because it is working with aircraft parts there is an extremely high level of process so it was not for the faint hearted. There is so much more to this story, though I want to keep it short so that you do not get bored. This was really the start of where I am now and looking back I know I will work it and if I can?
