What has been your biggest challenge with day trading AND what about Day 2's session gives you confidence you can overcome that challenge?

I struggle with confidence in placing an order anfter a zone has been hit. After the day 2 session I realize I need to focus on a single entry so I am not second guessing and always searching.

updating to new contract question on zones
when you just switch to a new contract with the highest volume should we wait for new supply and demand zones to be created or has anyone been using zones from when the volume was low on the contract. I don't have much back testing info on this. Thanks

During the EA, are we permitted to trade 6pm est or are the hours only from 9:30am to 4:59pm est?
