I used to think getting leads was a big job I would spend like 2-3 hours daily emailing people and texting people all for nothing. Don’t get me wrong that manual form of lead generation can be very useful although I would burn out. How I do it now has generated me 12 leads in the last 7 days and it’s literally just a mix of emailing and using my system the social media research agent. Though the use of Ai the automation can scrooe platforms for info on specific people that could be potential clients and then with that I decide to put my product in-front of them. Another automation I’ve used is to send emails to people that the social media research agent has gathered info on so I already know there a good fit since the leads generation automation has already told me that by gathering there info.Then all I have to do is have emails sent out to them and boom that’s it!

Just closed my first paying client and wanted to share for anyone still grinding. I've been offering AI consulting for local businesses helping them figure out where AI actually fits (answering calls, following up on leads, that kind of thing) instead of just hyping tools. No paid ads, no cold spam. I spent a couple months being genuinely useful in groups like this one, answering questions with no pitch attached. Eventually a business owner reached out to me asking if I could help them set something up. Booked a call, kept it focused on their bottlenecks instead of the tech, and they signed. Biggest lesson: leading with value builds trust way faster than any outreach sequence. If you're early on and it feels slow keep showing up. It compounds.
