One of the greatest gifts I give myself and my practice is to write a list of all the people I feel like I’m still connected to! Especially the ones who have dropped out of care and yet I still feel I have more to GIVE to! When my innate healing sense has more in the tank for them I create a reason to connect in the new year. Send them an exercise or a health tip relevant to their case mostly to show them how much I truely care. To build trust bonds that will strengthen our healing relationship where it may have faded. I send them love and healing with no attachment to the outcome and watch for proof from universal intelligence that love and service conquers and provides for all.
