PACING ... what is that?
Pace is pretty mysterious really.. we hear people say "race pace" "easy pace" but what does that mean really? I have a new app called NeuroMetric PACE which reads -> live-ticking timer, step/cadence/impact, and CSV export: all connected to the coaching backend.. what do you say to that??

What I’ve been working on….
I started a running community (wasn’t meant to be a club) in 2019. Recently I’ve been creating platform that includes an AI tool that creates training plans based on Jack Daniels’ teachings, a club notice board, integration with Suunto and Polar (Garmin are still griefing me), a shop, a calendar of South African running events, a virtual club run etc etc. Pls check it out and let me know what you guys think. energylabapp.co.za. GOOD LUCK with the MOVE !! We are 10 days away from moving from Costa Rica to Italy sooo I feel you. perhaps we need a different idiom when it comes to prescribing training blocks??? do this for three months and we see... my app adjusts training intensity every 8 steps !!! and there are a couple other that support this concept. What I am saying is... for a coach or a self coach... this is more than AI. I built these all from referenced articles.. 100% science.. of course with AI but I have had the concepts for years... paid developers +> $10,000 and they could not deliver. [but they took my app and started a new company.. TWICE!] Now I am proud to say I DID IT! love to break it down with anyone.. We had a pitch to SAMSUNG Friday to get this on the watch.. we already have it on Garmin. so... happy to share.
I see too many AI apps that just....
pull your wearable data and parse it differently. but what about a ENTIRE NEW PARADIGM? You see.. its long been known that the metrics from wearables are So SO. poor accuracy.. from the wearable gives you poor data = misleading results and WORSE.. faulty or fraudulent advice! What I have done is taken HIGH QUALITY SENSOR data.. any Bluetooth device that broadcast HR. and then I have created 3 apps that you deploy first thing in the morning.. before you get out of bed.. and OH BOY! are they helping me. https://www.youtube.com/@BrainSherpa is my channel for explanation .
