The Sonnal Journal doesn’t ask you to track every single day.
And that’s on purpose. Most productivity tools quietly teach you that rest is a flaw in your system; something to optimize away. Sonnal was built differently. The journal gives you a set number of days to track each week, leaving space for what shouldn’t be measured: a Sabbath, an unstructured weekend, time with friends, a hobby that has no output attached to it. Because real focus isn’t just about what you track. It’s about knowing when to put the pen down and live the life all that focus was for. Rest isn’t the break from the plan. It’s part of it. 📓 simplysonnal.com

Sorry for the late response on here ! I’m a big fan of the Tony Robbins RPM method from Time of Your Life, where you chunk your life into categories and take on an identity for each one, letting you delegate and prioritize more clearly. Your system sounds like it’s doing something similar, which is exactly what caught my interest
