Hey brother @Sabatino Jablonski We are all here for you. It took a lot of courage to share how you are feeling. There is a reason you are here. I remember in my recovery of not seeing or hearing from my son for two years I came to a moment where I stopped saying this “happened TO me but happened FOR me.” While my story is different than yours or Day’s @Day Morris I am here for you guys with Coach G! Hope to see you all on the 3pm PST Q@A Zoom. Hang in there men and stay strong! 💜🙏🏼👊🏼

Monday Prayer
Dear Lord, I come before You with humble hearts. Thank You for Your love, Your sacrifice, and the mercy You show us each day. Help us to slow down and truly reflect on what this week means — the strength, obedience, and grace You showed for us all. Lord, renew our faith during this time. Cleanse our hearts, guide our steps, and help us walk closer with You. Teach us to love like You love, forgive like You forgive, and trust You even when we don’t understand the path ahead. I pray over my family, my brothers, friends, and everyone reading this — cover us with Your peace, protect our homes, and fill our hearts with hope. Let this be a reminder that through every trial, Your love and victory are greater. Thank You for the cross, for Your sacrifice, and for the promise of new life. We give You all the praise, honor, and glory. In His name Coach G

I’m curious to know What’s one pattern in yall life you know is holding you back—but you haven’t faced yet? For me… I’ve been operating from survival for a long time. I don’t fully trust myself to make the right moves, so I stay guarded—always expecting someone to cross me. That mindset has made it easy to cut corners and justify things I know don’t align with who I could be. Truth is, I’ve stolen. I’ve moved in ways that come from fear, not integrity. And if I’m being real… stepping into being a genuinely solid, righteous man actually scares me. It feels unfamiliar. Almost like I don’t know who I’d be without the edge, without the survival mentality. So I tell myself this is just how the world works—that it’s a game, and I’m just playing it how I know how. But carrying that mindset is heavy I know it’s something I have to face.

Hey Day. I know what you mean. I’ve felt that way to in my recovery. To me I needed people close to me especially Gregg to let me know that I’m doing good or better and that I’m safe. It’s part of recovery from PTSI’s… an injury not a disorder. You heal from an injury over time. Well, let’s say it gets a little easier each day. I’m looking to our next Q&A session. I’ve already prayed and asked for Jesus to join us again. I’ll post our picture brother. Lmk if you are available to chat this week. I’m here for you! 👊🏼

Powerful words brother! Journaling was crucial in my recovery. At times I vented and just released my feelings onto paper. But with help and feedback from my therapist Deanna, she coached me on becoming my own therapist. I’ll ask Gregg to weigh but dude you are “coaching” yourself in your writing. That’s a huge step in helping you get through those dark and lonely days. Hope this helps buddy. I’m available today if you’d like to chat. You’re doing great! Blessings! ☺️🙏🏼💜💪🏼👊🏼
