Glad to be part of this group.
Hey everyone! Glad to be part of this group. A bit about me I help businesses grow through creator/influencer partnerships on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. For contractors and local service businesses, this usually looks like local creators doing before/after project videos, walkthroughs, or "day in the life" style content that builds trust and gets your work in front of the right local audience — way more effective than a generic ad for this kind of business. I handle the whole process: finding the right local creators, negotiating rates, and managing the collaboration from start to finish. Looking forward to learning from everyone here, and happy to chat if anyone's curious about using content/creators to bring in more leads.

@Mouldi Nouri Great question attribution is honestly the part most people skip, and it's the difference between "this looked good" and "this actually made money." A few ways I track it in practice: • Unique promo codes or discount codes per creator (e.g. "MIKE10") so bookings can be tied directly to that creator • Dedicated landing page or link (UTM-tagged) per creator, so you can see clicks and form submissions by source • A trackable phone number (Google Voice or call-tracking tools like CallRail) for creators doing local video content useful since a lot of contractor leads come in by call, not just clicks • A simple "How did you hear about us?" field on your booking form or during the first call low-tech but surprisingly reliable when combined with the above • Comparing booked-job timing against when a creator's content actually posted/spiked, especially for local audiences where the lag between seeing content and calling is usually short For local service businesses specifically, I lean heavily on promo codes + call tracking since most conversions happen over the phone, not a checkout page. It also gives you real data on which creator's audience actually turns into paying customers, not just views or likes.
