It's time to reclaim your brain
👋 Start here: Introduce yourself and share the #1 digital habit you're ready to kick. Is it Instagram scrolling? Late-night YouTube binges? Compulsive phone checking? This community exists to help you put your devices down and step back into your actual life. Everyone talks about health and wellness... exercise, nutrition, sleep. But almost no one addresses the elephant in the room: screen time addiction. The endless scrolling. The dopamine loops. The way hours vanish into your phone while life passes you by. That changes here. Mindless is your support system for breaking free from digital dependency. You'll find: - Community: Connect with others who are on the same journey of reclaiming their time and attention - Resources: Access our in-depth courses on meditation and digital minimalism—practical tools to help you thrive in the modern world while staying grounded and disconnected from the noise Real Talk: No judgment. Just honest conversations about the struggle and strategies that actually work. It's time to get Mindless!

As a specialist in addictions, if there’s anything I can do to support, please let me know!

@Sam Knight haha don’t I wish! But there are ways to manage it, this varies for everyone. Initially it’s advised to just become aware of it. Get intentional. Perhaps set a stopwatch when you start scrolling to gauge how long you’re actually on, or a timer for a set time that when it goes off you agree to stop scrolling. Anticipate a “graduating system,” where you go from -let’s say- 4 hours to 3 hours etc. The ‘cure’ is a gradual (vs immediate) process and this is where people need to be really patient with themselves. If they’re not, they’ll end up guilt tripping themselves into more scrolling (distraction) and it turns into a self-fulfilling cycle.
