Response is conscious and strategic.When you pause, you choose alignment over impulse and thatโ€™s where leadership lives. 3. Guard your energy like a high-value asset. Your time and attention are non-renewable. Not every opinion deserves access. If an interaction drains you, distracts you, or derails your mission, it costs too much. Power isnโ€™t loud.
