Host or Cleaner?
Whether you are a host or a cleaner the only thing that matters are the reviews. If you are getting consistent reviews, congratulations. If not, ask for them. In private message or on the communication thread. They are that important. You need constant feedback on what you are doing well and what needs improvement. This is how you grow and develop long term.

@Sharon Leopold where else have you looked?
Why Housekeeping?
Way back in my day the kids were required to clean up after the adults. We were expected to keep the house clean and do "chores". To have an outsider in your house was considered "sketchy". That was 40 years ago. Today people look to cleaning companies to do what they either won't or can't. Our skill set is in high demand and with the number of boomers growing there is so much opportunity for each of us to work with our strengths. Not every "cleaner" is skilled in cleaning. Work with what you do best. For some it might be organizing. For others maybe doing laundry. Marketing your strengths is what I think Jeremiah 29-11-14 is referring too. His plan for us is to give each of us gifts that prosper us in a personal way. It turns into our purpose and how we serve each other. Make every day, every task, every moment count towards your very best!

Keeping it Clean
I started this venture with this name for a specific reason. I've taken over many homes in my career and found myself doing deep cleans because there were no standards in each cleaners business. Areas such as under the beds were an inch think with dust, telling me this wasn't a priority. Keeping it clean comes with standards. It means you care and you're dedicated and committed to making sure guests don't see our lack of priorities.
