Our education system was built for the industrial age, not the AI age.
For decades, we taught everyone the same way, at the same pace, with the same goals. That worked when the world moved slowly. It doesn’t anymore. With AI, we can now hyper-personalize learning for every student based on their background, goals, and pace. Scalable. Efficient. Human-centered. The risk is simple. Education move slowly. AI doesn’t. If we don’t evolve fast enough, entire generations will enter the job market unprepared for reality. In my opinion, the winners will be the ones who act on AI now, not later. I agree that personalization through AI has the potential to transform education in ways we've never seen before. Students can learn at their own pace, receive targeted support, and pursue paths aligned with their strengths and goals. At the same time, I think creativity becomes even more important in the AI age. If AI can provide information instantly, then our value shifts beyond simply knowing things. The future belongs to people who can ask better questions, think critically, solve novel problems, connect ideas, and create something meaningful from what they learn. Perhaps the challenge isn't just teaching students how to use AI, but helping them develop the curiosity, creativity, and adaptability that AI can't replace. The combination of personalized learning and human creativity could be a powerful force for the next generation.
So I'm doing something new here...
I’m going through this crazy intensive training right now on building sales funnels and I’m actually getting pretty good at this 👍 But I need to practice on real businesses — not just fake ones. So I’m looking for 2–3 people who’d let me build the first page of their funnel for FREE. Want more leads? I’ll build you a lead funnel. You want to sell something? I’ll build you a sales funnel. You want people to book calls with you? I’ll create an application funnel. No catch. I just want the experience (and a testimonial if you love it). Anyone have a business and want a free funnel? or know someone who would?

@Md Ayaan Ali Congratulations!🎉 There's something exciting about seeing someone move from learning to doing. Many people stay in "study mode" forever, but you're putting your skills into practice, and that's where real growth happens. I admire your willingness to serve first, gain experience, and create value for others while sharpening your craft. That mindset will take you far. Wishing you success as you work with your first clients. Every funnel you build will teach you something new, and those lessons will compound quickly. Keep learning, keep testing, and keep showing up. Looking forward to seeing where this journey takes you!
TRANSFORMING
My mindset towards how I am experiencing life is changing every day. I am learning to accept, live with, and transform my shortcomings into incredible energy that compels me to achieve my goals. I have been, however, struggling with embodying the “necessity and obsessive trait” that high achievers have and use to make their goals a reality. But I am also learning that the most significant trait I must have now is the ability to keep moving forward. I am making progress. My body is getting stronger with the daily workouts, my mind’s reasoning ability has grown from the daily chapter reads, and my understanding of life is shifting from external to internal growth.

@Peter Maina Peter, this really resonated with me, especially the shift from external growth to internal growth. One thing I've noticed is that the "obsession" we often associate with high achievers can sometimes be misunderstood. From the outside, it looks like relentless drive. From the inside, it often looks like consistency. The people I admire most aren't necessarily obsessed every day. They simply keep showing up on the days when motivation is absent. What stood out in your post is that you're already doing that. Daily workouts. Daily reading. Daily reflection. Those small deposits compound into massive transformation over time. I also appreciate your insight about moving forward. Sometimes progress isn't about becoming a different person. It's about becoming more aligned with who you already are and trusting the process long enough to see the results. Keep building. The person you're becoming is being shaped by the habits you're practicing today.🤗
