Stop clogged glue nozzles with a simple swap
Have you ever had a problem with the nozzle on your glue bottle getting clogged after several uses? You push the sleeve down and wipe the tip yet the next time you need some glue the nozzle is clogged up and you spend more time than necessary making it work. Doesn't matter the brand, they all use the same style nozzle. Sound familiar, well there's a simple fix. Just swap out the cap that come on the glue bottle. Those squeeze bottles of mustard have a flip top cap that fits the top of a glue bottle and doesn't get clogged. The only caution to making this work, is to make sure you hear the "click" when closing the cap so you know you've got it closed tightly

Good idea, I will have to try this. Thanks!
What's Everyone Working On?
I'd love to see more of you posting your projects. We want to see what you're working on; share in your triumphs and tragedies. Preferably more of the former and less of the later.

Making Better Use of the Router
After the table saw, the router is the most useful power tool in the workshop, able to do many different tasks. In this video, I explore several of these, expanding our use of this valuable tool. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4vSK8Fgxj-Y

Every time I watch one of these videos I learn something like how I have been cutting splines the wrong way. I never thought about it before but now I see that it makes sense to cut them like this. They won't split when cut this way. Thank you.
Finally Built a Router Table
Been meaning to build myself a router table for at least a year now. The table I've been using was the smallest, cheapest one sold, 30-years ago. It worked; but really wasn't big enough, especially when I started cutting my own baseboard and door casing. Here's the video of my build. It's not fancy; but highly functional.

Great table. Please do a video when you figure out the dust collector for the router table I have been trying to figure that out for a while now.
How About an Adirondack Chair?
Have you ever built an Adirondack Chair? These popular chairs are amazingly comfortable, if they're built right. Doing that is a bit tricky; but I found the formula for making one. Join me as I do this build. Patterns are available for the more complicated parts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ODXfq-I5XXc
