Hey everyone. My name is Dominique Grier, and I’ll be your instructor for Trauma 2 Triumph. This course is built on the understanding that trauma does not define us—but how we respond to it can shape who we become. Our focus will be on growth, resilience, accountability, and transformation, turning lived experiences into strength, clarity, and forward movement. This will be a space rooted in respect, honesty, and personal responsibility. While the subject matter may be heavy at times, the goal is not to stay in pain—but to learn how to process it, rise from it, and use it as fuel for positive change. Participation, reflection, and openness are encouraged, but always within healthy boundaries. My role is to guide, challenge, and support you as you move from survival to purpose. I look forward to walking this journey with you and witnessing the progress each of you is capable of making.
