October Training Is Live: Choose Your Path 🚀
The October programs are officially live in the Classroom Tab. We have three distinct paths depending on your experience and goals! Get a head start of the new month today! 📅 The Programs: - 🟡 Full Body Tempo Block (3-Day Split): A new stimulus for the beginner arc — every working set now carries a prescribed tempo (e.g. 3-1-1-0 = 3 second lowering, 1 second pause at the stretch, 1 second lift, no pause at the top). Loads drop to roughly 60 to 70 percent of what last month's block used; the difficulty comes from the time under tension, not the weight. Forces you to control the rep with the target muscle rather than borrowing from momentum. - 🟠 Anterior / Posterior Chain (4-Day Split): A genuinely fresh structural approach after five months of Upper/Lower, Push/Pull and body-part splits. Day 1 and 3 train everything on the front of the body (quads, chest, front delts, biceps, abs); Day 2 and 4 train everything on the back (hamstrings, glutes, back, rear delts, calves). Antagonist recovery within the session lets each chain absorb higher volume without cross-inhibition. - 🔴 Arm Specialisation Block (5-Day Split): A classic advanced periodisation move — pick a lagging muscle group and hammer it with three direct sessions per week while everything else runs on maintenance volume. Arms are the target: dedicated Arms A (heavy) and Arms B (hypertrophy) days, plus embedded biceps and triceps supersets on chest, back and shoulder days. Legs drop to once per week at maintenance intensity to protect recovery. 4 to 6 week block, then rotate back to balanced training.

@Michael Brady Hey Michael, hope your training is going well! Apologies about that, you will be able to access the programs again now in the training library in the classroom, the links have been updated 💪 Give me a shout if you need any assistance!
Thursday Theory: The "Load Spectrum" Rep-Range Growth Rule 🎚️
Most people think muscle only grows with heavy weights. But sets taken close to failure build similar muscle from 5 to 30 reps, because the last hard reps recruit your biggest motor units either way. Action Tip: Do one lift for 20-25 reps today, stopping 1-2 reps shy of failure. That's "The Light Burn". What's your rep-range habit? Vote below, then comment: which lift would you try light?

Wednesday Training: The "Cluster Set" Phosphocreatine Reload ⏱️
Most people think a set must be continuous to count. Cluster sets add 15-30 second micro-rests mid-set, letting phosphocreatine partly restore so bar speed and form hold across more heavy reps. Action Tip: Try "The Mini-Break Method": on your heaviest lift, do 2 reps, rest 15 seconds, repeat until 6 reps. What's your current heavy-set habit? Vote below, then comment: when does your form slip?

Tuesday Tip: The "Wall Tap" Hip Hinge Pattern Fixer 🧱
Most people deadlift with their lower back. But a true hinge moves at the hips (lumbopelvic rhythm), loading glutes and hamstrings while your spine stays neutral. Action Tip: Stand a foot from a wall, push your hips back until your glutes tap it, shins vertical. Do 10 slow reps. That's "The Wall Tap". What's your hinge habit? Vote below, then comment: where do you feel deadlifts most?

Monday Momentum: The "Goal Gradient" Finish-Line Accelerator 🏁
Most people think motivation is steady. It isn't. The Goal Gradient Effect shows effort surges as the finish line gets closer, and stalls when the goal feels distant. Action Tip: Split your month into four weekly "finish lines" and tick one off each Sunday. This "Checkpoint Chain" keeps the surge on. Your current goal approach? Vote below, then comment: what's this week's finish line?
