Welcome to Seed to Table 🌱
I created this space because I believe food is more than just something we eat. It’s memory, culture, survival, creativity, nourishment, and connection. So much of what we know about food was learned by watching, tasting, growing, listening, and gathering around tables with the people we love. Seed to Table is where we’ll explore all of it. We’ll talk about:• growing and sourcing food• cooking techniques and kitchen confidence• cultural foodways and lineage recipes• nourishment and intentional eating• seasonal ingredients• reproductive wellness and food• and the stories connected to the meals that shaped us This won’t be a space for perfection or rigid food rules. I want this community to feel warm, honest, curious, and collaborative. Like being in the kitchen together while something good cooks on the stove. Whether you’re here to learn how to cook, reconnect with food, share your own traditions, or simply slow down and nourish yourself differently—you belong here. To start us off:What’s one dish, ingredient, or food memory that immediately reminds you of home? I can’t wait to learn alongside all of you. 🤎
