How you feel about yourself and talk to yourself affects everything you believe, think and do. Notice how you talk to yourself. Would you talk like that to your best friend, just a friend, enemy?? Worst enemy?? Noticing is the first step. Watch it then. Don’t judge it, just notice. When you shine the light on something you cannot insee it… only change it, if you don’t like it. Cuz EVERYTHING can be changed. It’s natural. The only thing constant is the change. Cuz how you do one thing is how you do everything. Your emotional health, physical health, spiritual health are equally important. One is slightly off - guaranteed the rest are. Where in your life you are playing the waiting game, the blaming game, the excuses game? What about YOU? Where is YOU? You have a life to live! There are always layers… if you look for it, I promised you, you will find it! Ask and you shall receive.

🍉 Earlier today we had the Solar Eclipse with a New Moon in Cancer, and we also currently have Mercury, Jupiter, and the Sun also in Cancer. This Eclipse + New Moon is here to help bring awareness to our emotional attachments. Mercury (processing information), Jupiter (expansion + wisdom), and the Sun (soul) are all heightening the internal emotions that come with Cancer. This energy is here to help us gain awareness around the physical and emotional attachments we have. It's NOT here for us to be reactive and take reckless action. Once we create space and listen to what our Soul is trying to tell us, we'll discover we've already had the answers we need! Last thing, since this period is all about reviewing our physical and emotional attachments, it's a perfect time to begin the process of replacing any addictions/habits/patterns that are holding us back with new ones that better support us and our goals.
