Introduce yourself 💕
I noticed today that I don't have a “You're new, introduce yourself” post. 🤣 Ok, my fault. I'm making up for that now. Feel free to introduce yourselves. Even though advertising is only welcome in appropriate places, this is the place for it. Perhaps you have a request for this community, a very personal concern, or already have your own community that fits in with our BlissBrain community. If so, grab your keyboard and introduce yourself in a comment... You are welcome 💕

@Rasheed Hooda I will write when I am not able to do other fun stuff. Still frolicking around.
⏲️Is your moment RIGHT NOW?
“There is a right time for everything. Those who start too early will fail. Those who start too late will miss it.” - Miyamoto Musashi 🌱 Not everything needs more courage. Some things need better timing. The right beginning is not force. It’s awareness. Reflection: Where are you trying to start too early right now? Mini action: Today, don’t push. Just notice when the moment begins to invite you. 🌊

@Stefan Bösebeck It's not exactly used in the way the I Ching is, but it's based on it. The I Ching is a divination system, the Gene Keys are more contemplative. It's so beautiful, wise, soft, poetic and just wonderfully spot on! Are you familiar with you Gene Keys?

@Stefan Bösebeck that’s great! As I said, the Gene Keys isn’t a divination system, it’s a totally different layer to the I Ching
❓Why always questions? 💕
Questions stimulate our brains. They set things in motion. Questions trigger neuroplasticity. Neurons fire together and form new connections. That's why we love working with questions. As with everything here, it's all about programs, i.e., the processing of information. A question is a request for processing. Solve the problem! Find a solution! Process this data! All the information around us influences how our brains develop, how we think and act. So it's wise to consciously consider what information has what effect. If I ask you now, what question preoccupies you most in your life, it would be...? What question preoccupies you most right now? Feel free to write it in the comments.

@Stefan Bösebeck oh that's possible. How interesting. What are those words? I might be able to understand because of my Dutch.

@Stefan Bösebeck oh, so it's like "why" and "how so". Got it.
❓ Why aren't you a celebrity?
People sometimes differentiate when answering questions or fulfilling requests, depending on who is asking. They make more of an effort when celebrities ask or make requests. Sometimes it is charming to point this out. 😉. In her book, Karin Kuschik asks the question: “What would you do if I were a celebrity?” This hits a sore spot and basically asks whether the other person could make more of an effort. For ourselves, we can derive a very interesting question for reflection: “What would you do for yourself if you simply valued and loved yourself as you deserve?” And just like that, the field is open. So feel free to ask yourself the question and, if you like, share your personal answer with us. Feel free to write it in the comments... 👇
❓ Why aren't you a celebrity?

@Stefan Bösebeck It is NOT my intention to become a celebrity. I think most of them are miserable and self absorbed. I actually feel sorry for them, they have no life, no privacy, no real friends. Everyone wants something from them. Pretty much the opposite of what I aim to be.
🎭 Let's talk about manipulation...
🎭 Manipulation techniques – can you recognize them, or are they already ingrained in you? Manipulation is not dark magic. It is commonplace. Quiet. Often well packaged. And it only works for one reason: because we react emotionally. Here are a few of the most common techniques – short & sweet 👇 to get you started: 🧠 1. Blame reversal “If you were different, this wouldn't have happened.” Suddenly, you are responsible for the feelings or mistakes of others. ⏳ 2. Time pressure “Now or never.” Quick decisions shut down your thinking – and your gut feeling along with it. ❤️ 3. Love bombing Excessive closeness, praise, affection – at the beginning. Later, exactly that is withdrawn again. 😶 4. Silence as punishment No argument, no explanation—just withdrawal. Extremely effective because our nervous system wants connection. 🪞 5. Gaslighting “You imagined that.” Your perception is questioned until you distrust yourself. 👥 6. Social proof “Everyone sees it that way.” Peer pressure replaces arguments. 🎁 7. Reciprocity First a favor – then an expectation. Unspoken, but palpable. 🔍 The crucial point: Manipulation only works where there is inner insecurity, fear of rejection, or unresolved needs. Those who know themselves, who know their triggers, who are internally stable— are hardly manipulable. And yes: 👉 Everyone manipulates sometimes. The question is not whether, but how consciously. 💬 Reflection question for you: When was the last time you felt pressured—and said yes anyway? Feel free to share your thoughts or add other techniques 👇Awareness is the first step out of the game. 🎭✨
