🎯 TODAY'S THE DAY!! 🙌
Hey, everyone! Just a quick reminder that the Fitness for Musicians Workshop happens TONIGHT at 7PM WEST/8PM CEST/9pm EEST! 🤩 (link also in the Calendar Tab) I'm SO excited to finally share this with all of you! We’ll dive deep into how to integrate training into your music practice, so that it feels more just like playing your instrument, and not just another burden in you already packed schedule. You'll finally be consistent with training, feel strong, and play without pain! 🎥 Zoom link Plus, I have a big GIFT for those who join live, and also get in the WhatsApp group, where I'm about to open the chat for some preliminary questions. So make sure you join the WhatsApp group here! 🎁 Make sure to join the room a few minutes early — I’ll be answering questions live at the end and don’t want you to miss a thing. See you there, — Manuel

Thank you so much for taking the time to make a very well explained and informative workshop! It was very easy to follow the thought process behind it and always great to see someone acknowledging the fact the we, as musicians, need to be more active, since we are no different than professional athletes, just as you mentioned.
THIS Is Why I've Been So Quiet...!🫣🤩
Hey everyone! After having launched this community for 7 months now, I've identified a very clear problem. 🤓 Despite having access to: - 8-minute workouts - Instrument-Specific - You can do at home - Beginner friendly - No fancy equipment ...most of you still couldn't stick to it, not even for 21 days, let alone in the long run. And that really got me thinking in the last month on how I could solve this! 🤔 Because let’s be honest: you’ve done the first workouts. But by the second week, life got in the way… and you stopped. Not because you didn’t care. Not because you’re lazy. But because you’re still seeing training and music practice as two separate things. That’s the mistake! 💥 And it's exactly to help you fix it that I’m hosting a free live workshop, right here inside the community! 🗓️ Date: Sunday, April 27th 🕗 Time: 8PM CEST / 7PM WEST So, if you’ve tried the 21-Day Mini-Workout Challenge and struggled to stay consistent… This is for YOU! ✅ You’ll learn how to blend your workouts into your instrument routine ✅ You’ll learn why motivation and time aren’t the problem ✅ You’ll walk away with a strategy to make consistency feel natural, just like your music practice ⚠️ The workshop is free, but spots are limited. 👉 Comment “WORKSHOP” below to secure your seat. Let’s make this the moment training finally clicks for you. See you there! — Manuel

Workshop. This is what has been bothering, since I don't always have the time to do everything in a single day...
What instruments do you play?
My main instruments are guitar, drums and bass. I play mostly drums nowadays. I know the focus is more on traditional instruments here. I'm still totally proud of my instruments :D I play mostly metal drums, so it's quite intense. I see a lot of older metal bands switching out their drummer, because it's mostly the drummer that can't keep up anymore. Imagine being 60+ still playing that fast and intense music.

I see lots of drummers changing their feet and hand technique in order to play for longer periods. Triggers also help, though I don't know your stand on them. I would love to play the drums, I've been following drummers since my teens. I play the viola as well, but I'm very much into metal (any sub genre is fine by me, most of the times)

@Manuel Moreira it's kind of a dream of mine. If I were to do it all again, I would chose the drums, no doubt!
About Creatine
Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of information about creatine and how it can be beneficial, specifically for women. We all know that physically speaking men are stronger that women and I read that creatine can be really helpful to give us energy to workout better, specially in the period of our menstrual cycle that we are weaker. Is this true?

@Manuel Moreira I'm still thinking, honestly. But I wouldn't mind giving it a shot someday...
