What scares you the most about getting older?
When you think about getting older... What honestly scares you the most? That's one of the reasons I created this space - to talk about things openly. There's no right or wrong answer. If you feel comfortable sharing, I'd really like to hear your thoughts.

Getting ill or impaired health. Especially dementia. I get scared my memory is getting worse already!
Protein
My daily check in is my protein intake. I’ve really got better the last few months at meeting my protein macros. I do this with cottage cheese, fat free Greek yogurt, chicken, fish and eggs. I basically eat the above everyday as the main in each meal. And eat it first on my plate. It’s meant to make you feel less hungry and good for muscle growth.

It can be something you did, or something you chose not to do. There’s no minimum and no maximum. Post once, post several times — whatever supports you.
