I got it running on a real website. Try it here! Here’s what I pulled off: • Created a custom voice in ElevenLabs that actually sounds natural and conversational• Set up real-time mode so the agent doesn’t pause like it’s buffering in 2008 • Hooked the whole thing up to a website, so it’s not just a demo. It lives online now • Added the essential call-center flow components I always talk about. greeting, acknowledgment, empathy when needed, willingness to assist, verification rules, clarification, resolution, and a clean closing • And I kept human-in-the-loop at the center. I controlled the tone, the logic, and the boundaries so it stays aligned with real-world standards This one felt good because I wasn’t just “playing with AI.” I actually built something you could hand to a business and say, here, this works. Quick update since I know I’ve been heads down lately. I’ve been deep in the lab building something called My Block, and I’m honestly so excited about it I had to share. Quick version:It’s an AI platform where instead of you juggling a bunch of tools, you get a coordinated team of specialist AI agents who work together to deliver complete projects. You tell The Boss what you need (workshop content, marketing campaign, whatever), and The Boss assigns specialists like: • Auntie Mae (storytelling) • Big Fade (editing) • Quick (social content) • Party Promoter P (launch strategy) …and they deliver coordinated, organized results. The cool part? It’s themed around Houston’s Third Ward. Each agent has their own building in the neighborhood. It’s AI meets culture meets community.
