Delamination?
What do you guys think? Do you think this is a delaminated panel? The interesting thing is that there are no thermal deviations!

@Scott Scarborough The photos were taken with a FLIR thermal camera. In my opinion, it is a must to have a thermal camera. I always do a thermal inspection before I start cleaning. This is a dangerous job and you should not ignore the risks.

hard cement layer
This is a farm that I clean every two months. This time the cement layer is very thick and hard. We apply CRA three times - two times undiluted and one time 1:1

I think B is better. Clean design, white letters contrast with the black background and attract attention.
