I have an issue with my grip strength when it comes to deadlifts. I'm currently doing mixed grip on my working sets , So I assumed since it's coz my supinated hand fails I should add grip holds to my workout , and double overhead on my warmups, but still I can do singles around 190KG and is struglling to go beyond that single rep. And no it's not limited by fatigue or strength , but grip doesn't hold on the second rep. Any recommendations how to train to increase grip strength ?
