Massive changes coming to this community in 2025
Be on the lookout... Good things coming... We are going to be cleaning up and changing this "online money making" game for everyone. Here's what you can expect if you follow our protocols in 2025: - More MRR (monthly recurring revenue) - Less churn - Less work you hate - More creativity - More flow state "work" - More success stories from your customers/clients - Better success stories - More alignment between you & your offer(s) - A faster way to make low ticket sales - A less salesy way to make high ticket sales - More in person connections - More fun in your business But it will all start with one question: Are you better off being the face of your business or are you better off working behind the scenes as an operator? Way too many beginners come into this game thinking they need to the be face of their business PLUS take care of the back end stuff. ... when in reality they'd be better off working behind the scenes and teaming up with someone who can be "the face" from day 1. The fastest way BY FAR to succeed in this game is to team up with someone awesome and play ONE POSITION. Either be the face, or be behind the scenes. Think Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. Think Sam Ovens and Alex Hormozi. Think me and @Benny D πŸ’ͺ🏻 Benny takes care of 100% of the behind the scenes stuff while I just do the front end stuff. Y Combinator (a massive startup incubator who helped launch Airbnb, Dropbox & many others) won't even invest in a company or offer mentorship to anyone who doesn't have a co-founder. It's not worth their time because of the high failure rate of solo founders. So that's step 1: Decide if you're going to be behind the scenes or if you're going to be the face. Whichever position you choose, find someone to take care of the other role. If you need help finding an operator, DM me the word: OPERATOR and if you qualify after a quick call, I'll see if I can pair you up with someone killer like I've already done with some of our most successful clients.

Dream 100 Template
As Ted has talked about, the Dream 100 list is perhaps the single most important factor to speed up your success. Leveraging someone else's influence and audience can be a great way to build up your own credibility. Here is a great template that I recently found for anyone looking to build out their dream 100 list. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1a7d1GSZoJq_pT2Ptbvc9HsZWPxNsQDhRcUvT6d1V2Jw/edit#gid=0 It even calculates a score for each person. Incredibly useful IMO. Hope it helps at least 1 of you outβ™₯πŸ™

Which platform do you create content on?
Which platform/s do you create content on? I'm bullish on YouTube, as long-form content builds more trust than short-form. Also, I watch a lot of YouTube content, so this is what I'm most familiar with Plus a YouTube video can blow up years down the line. How about you?πŸ‘‡

Small Wins
Small wins lead to large victories. The more consistent we can be, the more discipline we create. Discipline carried over a long enough time horizon, Becomes a motivational force capable of pulling us through any adversity. Focus on small wins, Keep creating these small wins every single day. Over time you will see these small wins compound and multiply your successes. The more little successes you curate for yourself, The closer you get to that big W. The closer you get to that big win, the more challenges you will face. Why? So you have the opportunity to create more small wins for yourself, More problems solved, More people served. More people served, More opportunities for growth. More growth, more problems. More problems, more wins. And your successes keep stacking, Keep building, Keep compounding. Until one day you look around and wonder, How did I get here? How did I achieve everything I told myself I would and more? How did it all work out? Because you put in the work, each and every day, to get those small wins. And you kept stacking those small wins. Each and every day. Until you've created a staircase to success. Until you've bridged the gap between you and the impossible. So, Here's another day, What are you doing now, To create those small wins that build your staircase to success?
