Stolen Listings
Hi everyone, has anyone ever noticed other Etsy sellers listing designs you’ve created? I noticed this morning that my current best seller has been listed to another shop, and is now appearing beside mine in offsite ads and on Etsy search. Albeit being a bad screenshot job from my listing, I fear this will devalue my listing and put potential buyers off. Has anyone dealt with this before? and if so, how did you go about it?

@Mihai Volintiriu thank you Mihai, I messaged the seller and luckily they immediately apologised and removed it, but will definitely make sure to double check other platforms too
Bulk mock ups
Hey everyone 👋 Quick question — does anyone here have a good workflow for creating bulk mockups in Adobe Photoshop? I’m currently using PSD mockups with smart objects, but doing them one-by-one is taking way too long. I’m looking for a way to speed things up. I’m working with travel posters, so it’s the same setup each time, just different designs going in. Not looking for someone to do it for me — just trying to learn a more efficient workflow if anyone’s got one 👍 Any tips would be massively appreciated!

I’m currently using a website called MockCity, it is a subscription but saves me loads of time as I just leave it to generate the mock-ups automatically whilst I make the actual listing! You can set it to use any background colour too so the posters always look full in the frames - will definitely be utilising the Printshrimp software when it arrives though!

@Richie Bromley you upload your own mock-ups, it just places the poster in for you!
Variation integration with PS & Etsy
I’ve created variations in Etsy on one listing to choice different sizes of a poster, but I also want to be able to offer 5 different colour backgrounds. I’ve managed linking the poster design to PrintShrimp with a choice of sizes, but how do I also create the link to alternative colour choices. Do I have to do separate Etsy listings for different colours?

Hi Cara, I've found that the easiest way for me is to just upload each colour variation as a separate file to Printshrimp and then link the individual sku's to the single Etsy listing. You can add up to two categories in the variations section when you create/edit a listing, so you can have one for your sizes and one for the colours. Then you can just add the unique sku's, for example 'poster-blue-A1', 'poster-red-A1' etc. I'm not sure if that's the best explanation, but hopefully it helps!
Integration
Hi all, I’m thinking of opening a separate shop outside of my current niche - I’m just wondering if it’s possible to connect two stores to Printshrimp’s integration or does each store require a separate account or is it a case of fulfilling other store orders manually? Thanks!
